Tanner Kibble Denton Architects were approached by Waverley Council to design a new  lifeguard facility for Tamarama Beach  in order to improve public amenity and safety.

A brief for the tower was developed in consultation with Waverley Council lifeguards to provide a purpose- designed  facility which meet requirements for OH&S.

The new tower is a product of the functional, material and contextual requirements developed in the brief.
