Sydney Grammar School Edgecliff Preparatory is a K-6 school for boys and one of two primary schools linked to the main school in College Street.

The project consisted of the replacement of a single storey residence with a three storey classroom block over a basement carpark and the refurbishment of a significant portion of the remaining existing facilities.

A new administration and teachers’ common room area was included as well as new music practice rooms and a new art classroom extension. The school was increased in size from approx. 2600m2 to 3800m2 with only a marginal decrease in open space.
